Description
The applicant must:
- Awarded to a graduating Frances Kelsey Student who has given excellent service to the school and community.
- Preference may be given to active members of the Red Cross Club.
- Applicants must submit a list of activities they have helped with and been involved and that demonstrate their service to the school and community.
- Must be furthering their education at the post-secondary level. Awards will be presented to the student upon proof of acceptance at a post-secondary institution.
