The Cowichan Valley Divison of Family Practice is pleased to offer a $500 bursary to a Frances Kelsey graduating student who is seeking a future in health sciences and has a financial need.
They are also offering a $1000 scholarship to a graduating student in the Cowichan Valley Regional District who is seeking entry into medicine.
