Welcome to the Culinary Arts Program at FKSS!
A free breakfast program is offered in partnership with Nourish Cowichan for those students who arrive needing something to start their day. It is currently run out of Room 158 for the half hour before school starts.
Our school has a Home Economics program as well as an industrial culinary kitchen where students learn to work in a commercial kitchen atmosphere. The culinary arts program provides regular lunch service to both staff and students, often with gluten-free and other dietary options.
We will be closed January 27th – 29th because of the new semester change over. We will have a menu for the 30th and 31st.
