Conditions:
- Must have attended Frances Kelsey in their Gr 11 & 12 years. (See Norma in the Counselling Office for a Declaration form).
- Be attending post-secondary within 2 years (e.g. four-year college or university, trade school, technical college or community college).
- Attach a 250 word essay describing how you have impacted your community through kindness and leadership.
- Must demonstrate financial need. You can describe this in your essay or cover letter.
- Attach one reference letter from a teacher at Frances Kelsey.
- Use standard application form.
*Due date: Thursday, May 2nd (hand your application package into Norma in the counselling office).
