Criteria:
- Must be a graduating student from Frances Kelsey Secondary.
- Awarded to a student with a learning disability.
- Financial need of the applicant will be considered.
- You have up to one year to request and utilize the bursary.
- Submission MUST include an essay of why you are choosing your field of study.
- Proof of registration of post-secondary is required to claim the bursary.
